Warranty

We guarantee to provide accurate description and high quality product. If cutomers are not satisfied with the items received, please notify us within 60 days from the date of shipment. All items will be reimbursed within 3 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product was received damaged or defective.

All items are guaranteed with life-long warranty provided customers take charge of return-resend two way shipping costs.

No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us via services@elecfreaks.com before returning any package. All products returns require a return authorization, which may be obtained via the above mentioned email. No returns wil be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorization.

• Return for Refund: within 5 days of receiving the product. (unopened)
• Return for Repalcement: within 10 days of recieving the product. (damaged or defective)

All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns of damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise "played with" product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return (and pictures). This note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product was received damaged or defective.
