Recently, the Nezha Pro AI Mechanical Power Kit, purchased by the Zhejiang Zhihang Education Foundation, was successfully donated to Nagqu No. 3 Primary School in the Tibet Autonomous Region. This was more than a delivery of technology and kindness — it marked the moment when ELECFREAKS, carried by the power of public good, completed its nationwide journey across China.
About the Zhihang Education Foundation
The Zhihang Education Foundation was officially established in 2021, evolving from the Zhihang Teaching Support Working Group founded in 2017 under the guidance of the Chinese Association of Automation and related committees.
For years, the Foundation has leveraged its strong connections within the power industry to support China’s long-term educational development goals. Its mission focuses on youth education in remote and underprivileged regions, with a particular emphasis on STEAM and maker education.
The Foundation aims to broaden students’ horizons, cultivate creativity and hands-on ability, and help children in less-developed areas engage with cutting-edge technologies — empowering them to grow in step with the modern world.
To date, the Foundation has supported 32 schools across 10 provinces and regions, establishing “Zhihang Teaching Support Bases” and “Zhihang Education Labs” to provide sustained educational assistance.
Unlike traditional one-off donation programs, Zhihang emphasizes building sustainable teaching ecosystems. In addition to equipment, it provides curriculum resources, teacher training, and regular follow-up visits — ensuring real, lasting impact through a genuine “teach them how to fish” approach.
The Foundation also organizes internal competitions and helps schools participate in Ministry of Education–approved events, promoting both teaching and learning through competition, and driving the effective integration of technology education in remote areas.
Reaching Tibet: ELECFREAKS Arrives at the Final Stop on the Map
Nagqu No. 3 Primary School, the latest recipient of Zhihang’s donation, is located in Nagqu City, the highest-altitude prefecture-level city in China — averaging over 4,500 meters above sea level. More than 95% of its 1,854 students are of Tibetan ethnicity. During science outreach activities organized by the Foundation, the children showed incredible curiosity and enthusiasm for modern technology — their eagerness to learn left a deep impression on everyone involved.
Among the many educational technology tools available, the ELECFREAKS Nezha Pro AI Mechanical Power Kit stands out for its rich array of sensors and hands-on versatility, which give students ample room for exploration and creativity in class. Its user-friendly design and stable performance make it ideal for teachers and students in remote areas, allowing them to start their learning journey with confidence.
Beyond its products, ELECFREAKS’ true strength lies in its long-term educational support. By providing ongoing teacher training and classroom resources, ELECFREAKS ensures that every kit is not just delivered — but also fully utilized.
This sustained commitment aligns perfectly with the Foundation’s philosophy of “not just donating, but empowering.” Together, ELECFREAKS and the Foundation share a deep belief in the transformative power of education, turning that shared vision into tangible progress in AI learning for resource-limited communities.
“The Wind of ELECFREAKS Has Finally Reached the Roof of the World.”
With the Nezha Pro AI Mechanical Power Kit now successfully delivered to Tibet’s Nagqu No. 3 Primary School, ELECFREAKS has completed the final piece of its nationwide education map, marking a presence in every province across China.
This milestone represents the realization of ELECFREAKS’ vision:
“By 2025, bring our products into programming classrooms for children in remote mountain regions and promote the widespread adoption of coding education.”
For years, ELECFREAKS has stayed true to its mission — “Make Programming Accessible to Everyone” — driving the popularization and practical adoption of coding education for young learners everywhere.
The arrival of the Nezha Pro AI Mechanical Power Kit in Nagqu, over 4,500 meters above sea level, not only opens a new window into the world of AI and innovation for Tibetan students but also highlights the profound impact of bridging educational gaps through technology.
ELECFREAKS deeply respects the Zhihang Education Foundation’s long-term dedication and commitment to advancing STEM education in China. To further support this mission, ELECFREAKS plans to donate an additional batch of AI teaching kits through the Foundation — both as a gesture of gratitude and as a continuation of this meaningful collaboration.
From the water towns of Jiangnan to the snowy plateau of Tibet, the seeds of AI education are now taking root across China.
Innovation and education are transcending geography — ensuring that every child, regardless of where they live, has the opportunity to explore, create, and dream.
ELECFREAKS will continue to uphold its vision, walking firmly on the path of promoting AI education and making innovation accessible to every classroom.
