ELECFREAKS cultivates young people's core skills for the future through robot competition

ELECFREAKS supports global youth in participating in artificial intelligence competitions and scientific innovation contests. We collaborate with education departments and science and technology associations in China to create a platform for young people to learn science, share achievements, and showcase skills. We provide opportunities for schools and teachers to learn from each other, exchange experiences, and discuss improvements, thereby promoting the enhancement of scientific literacy among youth.

In 2025, we designed the "Explore the Future" Robot Challenge based on Nezha Pro, which successfully made it onto the whitelist of the Ministry of Education of China.

The 2025 "Explore the Future" Robot Challenge for elementary school students focuses on robot combat competitions, while the middle and high school categories emphasize task challenges. The competition content covers knowledge areas such as structural building, intelligent open-source hardware, logical algorithm programming, manual control, and intelligent recognition. Participants are required to build their own competition robots and complete specific tasks on the field, with scores and times determining the final rankings.

The competition is designed to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities in structural building, logical programming, hands-on skills, machine learning, innovation, and teamwork through a high-level event structure. It aims to improve programming application levels and stimulate students' potential for technological innovation.

In the elementary school category, participants will control rescue robots using remote controllers to throw props representing supply packages into designated areas on the field. This task is designed to develop participants' remote operation skills, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.

The middle and high school competitions are task-based robot challenges. In these competitions, robots must complete energy fragment collection tasks through autonomous programming and then manually recover research samples. After completing all tasks, the robot must return to the base to conclude the competition. This task aims to cultivate youth's programming abilities, strategic planning, and teamwork spirit while testing their innovative thinking and problem-solving skills in the face of complex challenges.
